Born and raised in Texas, Morgan Malin is a real estate agent with Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, serving Austin, New Braunfels, and the Texas Hill Country. With two years of experience on a top-producing Sotheby’s team in New Braunfels, she gained valuable knowledge in marketing, client relations, and complex transactions. That foundation continues to shape her approach, built on trust, honesty, and open communication.

As a buyers agent with the Carl Shurr Group, Morgan works closely with clients to find the right properties, provide market insight, and negotiate with confidence. This role has strengthened her ability to deliver a seamless buying experience and ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, Morgan enjoys running along Lady Bird Lake, playing golf, and spending time with her dog Penelope and cat Mila. She is also the founder of Fore Girls Golf & Social Club, a community that brings women together through golf, lifestyle, and connection.
